She was predeceased by: her parents, Myrtle Stevens (Salsman) and Ufa Stevens; her son Carl Lorane; her husband Laverne Perkins; her grandson Carl Eugene Perkins; her brother Arthur Stevens; and her siblings-in-law, Helen Stevens and Carl Gaddis.
She is survived by: her children, Jimmy Lane (Jeannea) of Mountain Grove, Beverly Bishop (Raymond) of Mountain Grove, Mary Kimble (Kurt) of Neosho and Donna Barr (Donald) of Mountain Grove; and her siblings, Louise Sheppard (Junior) of Kansas City and Dwain "Jack" Stevens (Rosemary) of Idaho. She is also survived by 13 grandchildren, 27 great-grandchildren, 4 great-great-grandchildren, and a host of relatives and friends.
