He was predeceased by: his parents, B. H. Bay and Sarah Bay. He is survived by: his wife Mary Lee Bay; and his children, Sarah Thompson and Morgan Bay. He is also survived by three grandchildren, eight great-grandchildren, other relatives and many friends.
