He was predeceased by: his parents, Delbert Cecil and Edna Hicks (Ford); his wife Janice Hicks (Moore); and his grandson Gabriel Kelley. He is survived by: his great grandchild Kensley Boulware; his children, Tom Smith (Glendela) of Cabool, Scott Hicks of Springfield, Missouri and Amanda Kelley (Jacob) of Norwood, Missouri; and his grandchildren, Brittany White, Tim Smith, Ryan Smith, Shyla Boulware, Shianna Smith, Shawn Smith, Connor Kelley, Teara Smith and Blake Kelley. He is also survived by numerous great-grandchildren; and many other relatives and friends.
