We are sad to announce that on April 27, 2022 we had to say goodbye to Freddie Lee Cook (Mountain Grove, Missouri), born in Springfield, Missouri. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Freeman Cook and Phyllis Cook (Felkner); his children, Heather and Trenton; and his brother Joel Dean Cook.

He is survived by: his children, Scotty Cook (Lisa), Patrick Cook, Fredrick Cook, Cody Cook, Melissa Deaton and Jennifer Calhoun (Tom); and his sister Kim Sickler (Robert). He is also survived by ten grandchildren, and other relatives and friends.

In lieu of flowers the family would like for anyone to come and share stories and pictures of Freddie.
