She was predeceased by: her parents, Clifford Moles and Hassie Moles (Shaw); her brothers, Cecil Moles and Robert Moles; and her husband Junior E. Millsap.
She is survived by: her daughter Teresa Kemper (Todd Kemper) of Nixa, Missouri.; her sister Anna Avenail Jones of Macomb, Missouri; her sons, Steve Millsap of Austin, Texas and Larry Millsap (Terri); and her grandchildren, Michael Millsap, Joshua Millsap, Tiffany Gulledge (Millsap), Sarah Millsap, Kristan Francis (Kemper) and Lucas Kemper.
It was such a difference, that in July 2018 the Missouri House of Representative honored her with a "House Resolution" recognizing Evelyn for her exemplary and significant positive contributions to the State of Missouri, and especially the 141th District where Wal-Mart Store #88 lies.
