He was predeceased by: his parents, Marcus Crain and Edna Crain (Patrick); his brother Noble Caldwell; and his former wife Olive Crain. He is survived by: his wife Katherine; and his children, James Smith of Springfield, Greg Ellis (Danielle) of Lucedale, Edna Livingston (Chad) of Jefferson City and Heather Crain of Republic. He is also survived by nine grandchildren, four great-grandchildren, and many other friends.
