He was predeceased by: his parents, Edith Banks and John Banks; and his grandchildren, Ric Redding, Cody Humphries and Isaac Plummer.
He is survived by: his wife Billie Frances Banks; his children, Craig Banks (Gwen), Lisa Humphries (Clay), Lorie Titus (Paul), Bonnie Redding (Banks), Holly Montgomery (Neil) and Hope Plummer (John); and his sisters, Mildred Ann Hise (Banks) and Bethel Faye Williams (Banks). He is also survived by nine grandchildren, and twelve great-grandchildren.
