She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Brown and Nellie Brown (Springer); her husband James Miller; her daughter Loralie Westhoff; and her siblings, Joe Brown, Ruth Nutter and Naomi Nutter.
She is survived by: her grandchildren, Angela Willis (Kenny) and Mark Westhoff; and her great grandchildren, Anthony, Devon and Elanna Sabado. She is also survived by other relatives and friends.
