He is survived by: his wife May Adele; his daughters, Donna Davis (Vince) of Mountain Grove, Vonna Day of Mountain Grove and Aleta Pamperien (Randy) of Mountain Grove; his grandchildren, Jamie, Marty, Wes, Ashley and Kayla; his great grandchildren, Trevr, Paige, Laura, Michael, Cody, Justin, Preston, Audrey, Taylor, Bella, Brody, Kolton, Kason and Kalli; his brother Bud Mayfield of Thornfield; and his siblings-in-law, Eva Mayfield, Joy Mayfield, Jim of Mountain Grove and Dona Lawson of Mountain Grove. He is also survived by many other relatives and friends.
