He is survived by: his wife Carole Hightower; his daughters, Charlotte Spiva of Mountain Grove and Judy Killingsworth (John) of Rogersville, Missouri; his sister Ruth Lindsey (Doyal) of Springfield, Missouri; his grandchildren, Hillary Mumaw (Tim) of Mountain Grove and Nathan Amos of Rogersville; and his great grandchildren, Gavin, Talan, Brynn Amos and Hazel Mumaw.
