He is survived by: his wife Sherry; his children, Debbie Glaza (Steve) of Millbury, MA, Kim Heading (Mike) of Fife Lake, MI, Todd Berner of Bay City, MI and Brad Hill (Wendi) of St. Louis, MO; his sisters, Ila Simmons of Montpelier, OH and Sue Pignataro (Gene) of Montpelier, OH; his grandchildren, Kacie (Zackary Berthelot), Krystyna Glaza, Kodie Heading (Hilary), Kaitlyn Glaza, Dylan Camper, Austin Hill, Maggie Berner, Madilynn Hill, Mollie Mason, Maureen Sielinski, Chet, David Crook, Karen of Bay City, MI and Julie Allen of Houston, MO; his aunts, Nettie Ellen and Cleeta of Montpelier, OH; and his close friends, Bill, Laurie Berner, Elizabeth Berner and Rachel Thompson. He is also survived by many cousins, nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, a memorial to the Juvenile Diabetes Research Fund (JDRF) has been established to honor the memory of Dr. Hill.
