She was predeceased by: her parents, Everett Alumbaugh and Rachel Emily "Jewel" Alumbaugh (Willhite); her husband Edgar "Leroy" Hicks; her children, Tina Hicks and Sam Hicks; and her sister Lois Peel.
She is survived by: her children, Randy (Cathy Hicks) and Sandi (Joe Barnes); her grandchildren, Mandy (Dustin Ellis), Bethany (Kevin Hicks), Kimberly (Justin Noel), Joel (Lindsey Hicks), Rachel Danielle (RJ Emery), Rachel Elaine Hicks of Springfield, Hali Jo Evans, Jonie (Aaron Harris) and Chase (Keisha Barnes); her great grandchildren, Trenton Noel, Haylena Emery, Lane Hicks, Brookelyn Evans, Wyatt Barnes, Jaxen Hicks, Tucker Hicks, Jaben Hicks, Kylan Barnes, Brayden Emery, Kenan Barnes, Phoebe Barnes, Imber Barnes, Jacob Ellis, Watson Evans, Walker Ellis, Noah Ellis and Colton Emery; and her siblings, Gary (Sandy Alumbaugh) and Louise Alumbaugh of Hartville.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, February 5th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Craig-Hurtt Funeral Home - Mountain Grove (315 N Main St, Mountain Grove, MO 65711). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, February 5th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial was held on Wednesday, February 5th 2025 at the Hillcrest Cemetery North Main.
