He is survived by: his wife Debbie; his children, Bradley Dake of Dora, Kisha Parmenter (Dex Mason) of Mountain Grove and MaryAnn Potter (Rusty) of Hartville; his sister Bernetta Williams (John) of Norwood, Missouri.; and his grandchildren, Hunter, Riley, Ellie, Kylie, Lilly, Bailey, Ashley, Abby, Jayden, Kaylee and Taylor.
