She is survived by: her mother Ruth Fish Collins (Greg Vrouvas); her friend Store (Twin Knobs); her son Dustin Pettit; her brothers, Adam and Kelly Collins (Cathy); her nieces, Bella, Leah and Grace Collins; her aunts, Joyce Osborn and Wilma Hutchison; and her uncle Doyle Collins. She is also survived by many cousins, relatives and friends.
