He was predeceased by: his parents, Lois Evelyn Dugger (Gann) and Harry Lee Dugger; and his siblings, Gary Lee Dugger and Brenda Sue Howard. He is survived by: his wife Janet Dugger; his daughters, Linda Ortiz of Mountain Grove, Sheila Butterfield of Norwood, Rhonda Tollison of Springfield, Rana Supancic (Greg) of Mountain Grove, Shannan and Lafoya Michaelson (Brandon) of Tonkawa; his sisters, Virginia Dugger of Cabool and Carol Johnston (Jerry) of Mountain Grove; and his grandchildren, Xavier Ortiz, Destiny Ray, Micheal Ortiz, Connor Smith, Jacob Butterfield, Nicole Davis, Blake Butterfield, Corey Tollison, Cody Dale Tollison, Amanda Coombs, Jake Rand, Shalyn Kellum and Jaystin Dale Rand. He is also survived by thirteen great-grandchildren, and a host of other relatives and friends.
