He is survived by: his former spouse Jean Middleton; his son Charles Eugene Shaw (Paula) of Mountain Grove; his wife Janice Shaw of Mountain Grove; his granddaughters, Angela Walker (Jeff) of Republic and Elizabeth Hagood (J. P.) of Sydney; his great grandchildren, Tabbitha Shaw, Peyton Walker, Addison Walker, Jaylee Hagood and Jackson Hagood; his great great grandchild Rylee; and his stepchildren, Bob Merritt (Lena) of Seymour, Everett Merritt (Dawn) of Willow Springs and Angela Bingham of Ava. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
