He was predeceased by: his parents, Lee E. Talbert and Ruth Bell Talbert (Weaver); his stepmother Lora Talbert; and his brother Richard Talbert. He is survived by: his former wife Florence Ella Castor; his child-in-law Teofrida Duran; his wife Teofrida; and his children, Ricky L. Talbert (Christy) of Strafford, MO, Deborah R. Talbert of Nixa, MO, Roger E. Talbert of Doniphan, MO, Garry W. Talbert (Donna) of Memphis, MO, Clifford L. Talbert, Jr. (Debbie) of Strafford, MO and John W. Talbert (Kim) of Willow Springs, MO. He is also survived by thirteen grandchildren and thirteen great-grandchildren.
Memorial donations may be made to Clear Springs Church and left at the funeral home.
