She was predeceased by: her father Willard O. Hoffarth; her sister Sharon K. Long; and her grandparents, Scott, Bessie Proe, Lewis and Gracie Hoffarth.
She is survived by: her mother Florence M. Hoffarth (Proe) of Mountain Grove; and her siblings, Gene Hoffarth (Phyllis) of Pueblo West, Nancy Land of Mountain Grove and Jody Colbert of O'Fallon. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews, and a host of friends.
