She was predeceased by: her parents, John Hicks and Golda Hicks (Stout); her daughter Sheila Collins; her great grandchild Macy Loveless; her siblings, Gene, Freda, Toots, Faye, Dwayne, Ruby and Leona; and her child Harley Collins.
She is survived by: her spouse Harley Collins; her children, Wesley Collins (Debbie) of Mountain Grove and Kim Whanger of Mountain Grove; her grandchildren, Holly Yarber (Wayco) of Mountain Grove, Eric Whanger (Bekah) of Springfield, Nathan LaRue (Vickie) of Goodhope, Latham Collins of Ozark, Laci Collins of Mountain Grove, Louisa Collins of Mountain Grove and Chris Collins of Mountain Grove; her great grandchildren, Chance, Hunter, Natalie and Aiden; her siblings, Ray Hicks (Donna) of Bluegrass, Elsie Curtis of Norwood and Sharon Smith of Jefferson City; and her significant other Ellen Smith. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and a host of other relatives and friends.
