It is with great sadness that we announce the death of William Herman Lohr of Mount Vernon, Missouri, who passed away on April 22, 2023, at the age of 78, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Bernard Herman Lohr and Vergie Sanders Lohr; his wife Judith Marie "Judy" Fuemmeler Meloy; and his siblings, Vergie Marie Stewart, Lillian Bernice Steffen and Bernard Henry Lohr.
He is survived by: his children, Alvie Lohr (Sarah) of Hutchison, KS and Tamra Lemley (Kyle) of Wichita, KS; his grandchildren, Ryan, Logan, Caleb, Nathan, Madeline Lemley, Elizabeth Shultz and Sharon Emery Lohr; his sister Geraldine "Jeri" Heller-Cook of Lenexa, KS; and his half-sisters, Alice Schulke of Independence, MO and Rebecca Deason of Blue Springs, MO. He is also survived by three stepsons; many nieces and nephews; and a god son.
