She is survived by: her sons, Tim Kollbaum (Dana) of Turin and Dan Kollbaum (Amy) of Rogersville, Missouri; her grandchildren, Tyler Kollbaum (Kaylie), Taylor Collins (Jadin) and Dylan Kollbaum; her great grandchild Will Collins; and her brothers, Mike Hofstatter (Pat) of Moville and Jim Hofstatter (Linda) of Kingsley. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews and friends.
