He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Arthur and LaVerna Swain. He is survived by: his parents, Denise Daverne Swain (Phillips) of Mt. Vernon, Missouri and Jackie Swain; and his grandmother Shirley Hackworth of Lamar. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles and cousin.
