She is survived by: her husband Tom Tate of Mount Vernon, MO; her children, Domenic Tate (Sarah), Olivia, Isabella of Springfield, MO, Trey Tate (Jessica) of Springfield, MO and Hailey Tettenhorst (Jackson); her grandchild Breckston of Mount Vernon, MO; her parents, Jim Otto and Judy Otto of Everett, PA; her brother Todd Otto; her grandmother Melva Yarnell of Lovely Township, PA; her siblings-in-law, Tom and Jan Tate of Gainesville, GA; and also Gabe of Everett, PA.
