He was predeceased by: his parents, Norman Lee "Red" and Ethel May "Dutch" Bolin (Benham); and his son Michael Patrick Bolin. He is survived by: his wife Eleanor Suzanne Smith; and his sister Denise Murray (Ben McBride).
