He was predeceased by: his parents, John Blevins and Charlene Blevins; his wife Diana Faye Guenther; his son-in-law Mike Shirley; his siblings, Kelly Blevins and Rita; and his brother-in-law Wayne Guenther.
He is survived by: his daughters, Christina Weter (Rick) of Miller and Tara Shirley of Mt. Vernon, Missouri; his grandson Shane Shirley of Mt. Vernon, Missouri; his sister Patty Blevins of Joplin, Missouri; and his siblings-in-law, Mark Guenther (Twila) of Carthage and Karen Hunt of Springfield, Missouri..
