She was predeceased by: her parents, Edward Hutchens and Ruth Hutchens (Price); and her brother Robert Hutchens. She is survived by: her husband Richard Welch; and her children, David Parker of Mt. Vernon, Missouri, Tonya Swartz (Patrick) of Trophy Club and Tammy Pyle (Dennis) of Mt. Vernon, Missouri. She is also survived by six grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the family for expenses.
