She was predeceased by: her grandparents, Leona Elaine Perigen-MidKiff (Richard "Slim Pickens"), Midkiff, Jimmie Rogers Haworth of Joplin and Jerry Perriman of Asbury, Missouri.. She is survived by: her husband Charles Mott; her children, Layla Mott and RJ Mott; her brother James "Bo" Haworth (Kathleen); her niece Sophie of DeSoto; her siblings, Jerry Woods of Monett, Missouri and Sue Carlile; her parents, James Brent Haworth (Chrystal) of Aurora, Missouri and Martha Perriman of Sarcoxie, Missouri; her grandmothers, Ruby Perriman of Springfield and Cynthia Whitney of Aurora, Missouri; and her sister Rene Behrle. She is also survived by many aunts, uncles and cousins.
