He was predeceased by: his parents, Harry Lewis and Mary Lewis (Keranen); his wife Margie Ingram; his daughter Vicki Lewis Gunter; and his grandson William "Billy Joe" Harris.
He is survived by: his daughters, Lisa Lewis (Bill Petrus) of Springfield and Jami Lewis (Eric Corey) of Mt. Vernon, Missouri. He is also survived by seven grandchildren, three great grandchildren and many cousins, friends, and neighbors.
