She was predeceased by: her parents, Richard Thompson and Wilma Thompson; her husband James Robert Blackburn; and her stepdaughters, Susan and Karen Blackburn.
She is survived by: her children, Samuel Ramsey, Dale Velinsky, Jeannine Wilson (Rick), Chris Blackburn (Shelley) and Sherry Bollinger (Kenny). She is also survived by 23 grandchildren and numerous great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, the family is requesting donations be made in her honor to Kehilat Nahar Zerach River Rising Congregation (541 Country Lane) in Mount Vernon.
