Ferol Mae Herod Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Ferol Mae Herod of Mount Vernon, Missouri, born in Springfield, Missouri, who passed away on September 24, 2021, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Roy Lee and Della Mae Bumgarner (Creviston); and her siblings, James Bumgarner, Mildred Linder and Joyce Phillips.
She is survived by: her husband Dainnie Rae Herod; her daughters, Danette Dallas (Willie) of Mangum and Denise Herod of Mt. Vernon; her grandchildren, Willie Dallas, Jr. of San Antonio, Ineke Dallas of Edmond and Anna Herod Terry (Jeff) of Warrensburg, Missouri; her great grandchildren, Jarrett Terry, Jaron Terry and Joie Terry; and her sister Evelyn Reed of Springfield. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made payable to the Round Grove Baptist Church or the Mt. Vernon Eagles Lodge, in care of the funeral home.
