He is survived by: his wife Angela Gail Hailey; his children, Austin, Brandon, Cody Evans, Shelby Daniel (Austin), David Hartley (Krissy), Joey Williams (Jayda Keener) and Brayden Williams; his grandchildren, Colton, Calina Daniel, Jaycee and Christopher Hartley; his parent Rhonda Glaze (Steven); his siblings, Clay Glaze and Kristin Glaze; and his grandmother Shirley Evans.
