He is survived by: his wife Phyllis May Sutter of Germantown, Tennessee; his children, Mike Immekus of Bolivar, Missouri, Sandra Smith of Kennedale and Jo Ellis of Lawrence, Kansas; his sister Sharon Kettlehake of Sullivan, Missouri; his grandchildren, Ian Smith (Sarah), Mackenzie Ellis (Adam Watson) and Paige Ellis; and his great grandchildren, Kinley and Lincoln Smith.
