She was predeceased by: her parents, Floyd Neill and Martha Neill (Vandergrift); her husband Bob Garoutte (Bob); and her brothers-in-law, Freeman Merritt, David Estes, Jim Clayton and Jack Garoutte.
She is survived by: her children, Christopher Garoutte and Christine Hirsch (Brian); her grandchildren, Mercedes Walker (Tim) of Mt. Vernon, Missouri, Whitney Hirsch of Mt. Vernon, Missouri and Austin Hirsch of Mt. Vernon, Missouri; her great grandchildren, Julius, Zia and Jacoby Walker; her sisters, Pat Merritt, Sherry Estes of Mt. Vernon and Brenda Clayton of Billings, Missouri; and her brother-in-law Larry Garoutte (Dee) of Springfield. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
