We are sad to announce that on June 1, 2024, at the age of 87, Ruth S. Schlemper of Mount Sterling, Missouri, born in Granite City, Illinois passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Harvey Myeburger and Gertrude Myeburger (Brumagen); her son David Schlemper; her siblings, Clarence "Sonny" Myeburger and Opal Crecelius; and her daughter-in-law Jane Schlemper.
She is survived by: her husband Edmund Schlemper; her sons, Duane Schlemper (Joyce) of Greenville, IL, Daniel Schlemper (Maribeth) of Mt. Sterling and Dale Schlemper (Lisa) of Freedom; her siblings, Lawrence Myeburger (Linda) of Owensville, Alice Crecelius (Don) of Union and Doris Door of Villa Ridge, MO; her daughter-in-law Kathie Runge of Belle; her grandchildren, Matthew, Jessica, Jonathan, Danny, Jacob, Sara, Abby, Michael, Carly, Madlyne, Maranda, Adriana and Rebecca; and her great grandchildren, Jordyn, Waylon, Wayne, Vincent, Kately, Rhett, Huxton, Janie, Eli, Zara, Cindy, Raelynn, Dielah and Micah. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
