She is survived by: her brother-in-law Roger M. Howard; her daughter Leah M. Velasquez (Anderson); her son-in-law Anthony A. Velasquez; her granddaughter Nassim M. Dunkin; her grandson-in-law Jimmy Dunkin; her grandsons, Daniel S. Velasquez and Jonathan F. Velasquez; and her great grandchildren, Jaxon and Landon Dunkin. She is also survived by her family, friends.
