He was predeceased by: his parents, Houston Justus and Myrtle Justus (Kinsey); his siblings, Marvin, Raymond, Harold, Harry "Bub" Justus and Juanita; and his children, Ronald Justus, Rochelle Justus, Rodney Justus and Robert Leroy Justus, Jr..
He is survived by: his wife Doris Horsman; his daughter Regina; his granddaughter Regina; his son-in-law Kevin Young of Mound City, MO; his grandchildren, Amanda Heimbaugh (Ethan) and Kooper Young; his great grandchild Kasyn Heimbaugh; and his brother Frank Justus.
