He was predeceased by: his parents, Harry and Rosa; his stepmother Juanita; his brothers, Paul and Howard; and his daughter-in-law Christina.
He is survived by: his wife Jeane Iliene Foster of Forest City; his brothers, Motors and Oldsmobile; his children, Deborah Jean Loucks (Steve) of Mound City and Robert Lynn Crouse of Jefferson City, Missouri.; his grandchildren, Lauren Elizabeth Loucks (Amy) of Edmond, Oklahoma, Carly Jane Edwards (Steven) of Mound City, Missouri and Courtney Ryan Crouse of Chicago, Illinois; and his great grandchildren, Jaxon Lee and Ryan Charles Edwards of Mound City, Missouri..
In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorial donations be given to the First Christian Church (Disciples of Christ) of Mound City, Mount Hope Cemetery, or the Mound City Municipal Pool.
