He was predeceased by: his grandfather Lawrence Kneale. He is survived by: his parents, Jeff Holstine and Melinda Holstine (Kneale); his brother Hunter Holstine (Kelli Schieber); his significant other Shianna Oestreich; his grandparents, Peggy Kneale, Dale and Marcina Holstine; and his aunts, Marcia Holstine Merritt (Chuck), Kim Holstine Rosier (Kirby), Dee Kneale Wallace (Bill), Michelle Kneale Rosenbohm (Kevin) and Lisa Kneale Shipps (Joe). He is also survived by numerous cousins, extended family and friends.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests donations to the Mound City United Methodist Church or to the family to be dedicated to the Mound City R-II Weight Room.
