It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Paula R. Noland of Mound City, Missouri, who passed away on November 20, 2020, at the age of 77, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husband Joe Webster; and her siblings, Larry Guy and Sandra Arlene Rebel. She is survived by: her children, Kevin Webster (Christina) of Mound City, Cody Webster of Omaha, Eddie Webster of St. Joseph, Kerry Brock (Mike) of Oregon and Breanna Noland; her sister-in-law Toyoko Guy of Oregon; and her grandchildren, Shane Brock, Jodi Estes, Josh Webster, Jamie Gard, Tabby Blanton, Wyatt Webster, Lacey Farnan, Gabby Ramer and Brittney Webster. She is also survived by numerous great grandchildren.
