He was predeceased by: his parents, Ralph Case and Opal Case (Miller); and his sister Darlene Teare. He is survived by: his significant other Jo Beth Schaeffer; his son Brett Case (Julie); his granddaughters, Jordin Buchman and Morgan Case; and his great grandchild Sully.
