He was predeceased by: his parents, LeRoy Hinkle and Susan Hinkle (Waggoner); and his siblings, Betty Clark and John Hinkle. He is survived by: his wife Deborah Keiffer; his daughter Leandra Buckles; his grandchildren, Keiffer Buckles and Makynlee Turner (Tyler); and his great grandchildren, Colt and Magnolia Turner. He is also survived by extended family and friends.
