We are sad to announce that on July 10, 2019 we had to say goodbye to Jay C. Jasper (Mound City, Missouri), born in Barnard, Missouri. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Lloyd C. Jasper and Clarelena Jasper (Carson); his wife Shirley Ann Rockhold; his brother Bobby Dean Jasper; and also Layne Vest.
He is survived by: his cousin Kay Gilland (Fred) of Mound City. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
