It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Gerald G. Johnson of Mound City, Missouri, born in Riverton, Iowa, who passed away on July 15, 2022, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Cecil Garland and Maymie Elizabeth Johnson (Parkinson); his son Joe; and his brother Dennis. He is survived by: his wife Peggy Graff of Mound City; his sons, Gerald Allen Johnson (Shelley) of Mound City and David Scott Johnson (Trish) of Mound City; his grandchildren, Jamie Marie Wright (Shayne) of Platte City, Casey Allen Johnson (Lindsey) of Fillmore, Joshua Scott Johnson (Shealy) of Mound City, Jessica Rae Johnson of Arkansas City and Samuel Wilson of Mound City; and his great grandchildren, Evalena Rose Johnson, Adelais Violet Johnson of Fillmore, Grady Shayne Wright and Beau Allan Wright of Platte City.
