He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas R. "Tom" Fogg and Ruth M. Fogg (Mohler); his sister Betty Gilmore; and his brother-in-law Gil Gilmore. He is survived by: his spouse Shirley Viosky; his children, Scott Fogg (Libby) of Clarksville, Todd Fogg of Fairfax, Dallas Rasnic (Mike) of Craig and Cody Boltz (Lyndon) of Grand Island, Nebraska.; his grandchildren, Matt Kaseberg (Angela), Dakota Barnes, Hannah Hetzel (Will) and Chyanne Fogg; and his great grandchildren, Paulen, Oaklee Kaseberg, Hudson and Blanche Hetzel. He is also survived by nieces, nephew, extended family and friends.
In lieu of flowers the family suggests memorial contributions to Holt County Cancer Fund.
