It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Earnest Charles Bell (Mound City, Missouri), born in Altoona, Pennsylvania, who passed away on April 21, 2020, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his brother Ronald H. Bell. He is survived by: his wife Joyce Ann Staley; his children, Julia Ann Bell, MD (Celia Grohmann) of Missoula, Montana and Earnest Charles Staley (Debra Lynn); his sister Lorraine Tura (James) of Pepper Pike, Ohio; his sister-in-law Barbara Johnson (Staley) of Kingwood, Texas; and his grandson Earnest Charles Bell III. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
