He was predeceased by: his wives, Barbara Felumb and Mattie Lavone; and his siblings, Fern Thompson, Wayne Hall and Dwight Hall.
He is survived by: his stepchildren, Rita Sherman, Kim Hoeppner (Bruce) and Greg Felumb (Rhonda); his siblings, Dean Hall (Twyla), Marcina Holstine (Dale) and Mary Hall O'Phelan; and his sisters-in-law, Joan Hall and Rosemary Hall. He is also survived by eight grandchildren; 14 great grandchildren.
Due to Covid outbreak, there will be private family services with military rites, followed by entombment at Mount Hope Mausoleum.
