He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Lee and Margaret Mills (Givans); his former wife Betty Mills; and his daughter Diana Sanders. He is survived by: his wife Fay Mills of Moscow Mills; his daughter Carol (Bob Webb) of Troy; and his stepchildren, Patricia Sanders of Texas and Bill (Laurie George) of Virginia. He is also survived by several grandchildren and great-grandchildren; other relatives and friends.
