He was predeceased by: his parents, Meril Mansil and Mary Mansil (Shaiffer); his wife Margaret "Peggy" McNelius; his siblings, William Mansil, Betty Perkins (Carl) and Gilbert Mansil; and his brother-in-law Buster Layton.
He is survived by: his children, Thomas Gibson (Brenda), Gail Clauser (Donald) of Platte City, MO, Charrie Gibson of Seattle, WA, Michael Mansil of Troy, MO and Jennifer Foster (Chris) of Troy, MO; his sisters, Dorothy Layton, Linda Coghill (Lem), Diane Mansil and Sue Mansil; his grandchildren, Shawn Floyd (Ashlynn), Andromeda McNelius, Melissa Nash, Kaitlynn Foster, Kensington Foster, Colten Foster and Kamryn Foster; and his great grandchildren, Shawn Floyd, Jr., Jadah Brown, Luna Nash and Ophelia Sullivan. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and friends.
