It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Norman J. Voepel of Moscow Mills, Missouri, born in Saint Louis, Missouri, who passed away on October 17, 2021, at the age of 69, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Fred Voepel and Clara Voepel (Genzling); and his brother-in-law Marvin Cox. He is survived by: his daughter Jessica (Joe Chite); his wife Patricia Voepel; his son Matthew Voepel; and his sisters, Joann April (Tom) and Doris Cox. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
