With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Harold James Richter of Moscow Mills, Missouri, born in Saint Louis, Missouri, who passed away on September 16, 2020 at the age of 73. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Wilbert Richter and Fayeth Richter; his siblings, Ronald L. Richter, Patricia A. Richter, Debbie Richter, Richard Richter (Janet) and Steven Richter (Sheryl); his nieces and nephews, Matthew, Heather, Stacey, Steven Jr., Kara, Amie and Kimberly; and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Tyler, Lily June, Jenna, Leah, Aubree, Leighton, Aiden, Grayson, Jason, Macy, Zain, Addalynne and Ronya.

Due to St. Louis County mandate with COVID restrictions, guests are limited to 75 and masks are required.
